I am so glad you've taken the time to view my digital portfolio! As you look around you'll notice that I have a variety of artwork ranging from fine art all the way to digital art and face painting!
I graduated with my BFA from the American Academy of Art in 2009. while there I focused on life drawing, which is a focus on people and still-life objects. in 2013 I received my teaching certificate from Trinity Christian College. after graduating I received a job as an elementary school art teacher, which is a role I the currently in.
for the past 10 years, I've been working as a paint party instructor for both children and adults. It's been such a cool experience because it's allowed me to work with many different people. It has also afforded me the opportunity to travel around and paint images I may have never painted before. Being an art teacher has also allowed me to flow into face painting. This has been such a natural progression because of my joy of working with kids. It's also been a wonderful experience helping them express themselves and seeing their reactions right after.
